Lou’s Place
Lou’s Place is a beautifully presented two bedroom, one bathroom ground floor bungalow, sleeping up to 4 guests, located on a secure and well kept gated complex, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing stay in the sun.
Enjoy access to a stunning large communal pool, along with a smaller children’s pool, ideal for families.
The bungalow features a spacious, light filled living area, finished to a high standard with quality furnishings, air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort whatever the season.
Entertainment is well catered for with a Smart TV, IPTV (including Sky Sports and movies), plus an Xbox and games.
A separate fully equipped kitchen leads to a rear patio area, while the front terrace offers a generous outdoor seating space for 4 and a stone BBQ, perfect for laid back evenings outdoors.
Paul’s Place
Paul’s Place is a lovely, modern and fully furnished three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse, offering stylish and comfortable accommodation for up to five guests.
The property features both a front terrace and a spacious roof solarium, each equipped with a stone BBQ and outdoor dining furniture with seating for six, making it perfect for relaxed al fresco meals.
Inside, the house is finished to a high standard and includes a Smart TV with IPTV (including Sky Sports and movies), along with an Xbox and games for added entertainment.
Paul’s Place overlooks a large communal swimming pool with a separate children’s pool, and sits on a secure complex with gated access, in a peaceful setting.
Despite the quiet location, you are only 500 metres from the main Plaza, with its wide choice of bars, restaurants and shops, and just a 10 minute stroll to the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor.
